Cascina Sòt Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero 2020   A surprising sparkling wine made from Nebbiolo grapes, aged 36 months on the lees. Bright straw yellow, with fine and persistent bubbles. Chiara Boschis Barbera d’Alba Superiore 2022   Produced in the heart of Barolo, this Barbera is intense and enveloping. Ruby red with violet reflections, aromas of blackberry, plum and spice. Full-bodied, smooth and structured on the palate, with a long, fruity finish. Aged 18 months in barrique, it’s an elegant expression of a once-underrated grape.
